Lot description

Structure in iron and black lacquer, decorated with a fine embossing. It still has the original inscriptions in gilt lettering. The keyboard consists of circular white pieces with black symbols.
The manufacturing company was founded in 1886, becoming Corona Typewriters in 1909 and Smith-Corona in 1926. It remained active for over a century, until 1995.
