The hammer price for both auctions and direct sales will be increased by 18% as the brokerage fees of the auction house, plus 21% VAT on the commission of the auction house corresponding to the same. The 21.78% must be increased on the auction or hammer price, which includes commission and VAT.

Lot description

Walnut wood structure. Parallelepiped section consisting of three drawer registers with five drawers, the bottom one of which is a continuous drawer. Leather-covered box, finished with iron fittings. The front of the drawers is inlaid and the interior is lined with maroon fabric. Handles and applications in patinated metal.
Wear and scratches on the exterior surface and wear and erosion around the handles, due to use.
